An Educator's Guide to Surviving and Thriving in Turbulent Times
In this 75 minute presentation, I'll explore what the research says about living and working in times of stress, anxiety and rapid change. Participants will learn the competencies necessary for navigating the turbulence we all experience in difficult times. We'll identify the obstacles that get in the way of our success and conclude with an opportunity to design strategies designed to lead with strength, resilience and thoughtfulness.
